Following LCP Managements continued growth, we are looking for talented professionals with drive and enthusiasm to join our Graduate Development Programme where we will provide an insight to the real estate industry, tailored training and continual mentorship throughout.
Our Graduate Programmes run for 2 years with periodic rotations and reviews to enable our graduates to develop within all of the key areas applicable to the role.

Asset Management (London / West Midlands)
When joining our Graduate Development Programme you will enjoy exposure to a wide variety of clients, projects and unique opportunities whilst working with an experienced, high performing team of Asset Managers who spearhead a systematic process which involves acquiring, maintaining, renovating, and disposing of assets in a cost-effective way whilst mitigating any risks.
Our Asset Management Graduate Development Programme will provide the opportunity to learn to:
- work with clients,
- present with confidence,
- communicate clearly,
- problem solve,
- collaborate with different departments such as marketing, finance, facilities, health & safety, compliance & risk, insurance.
Finance (West Midlands)
As a Finance Graduate you will have the opportunity to work within four accounting teams, developing core finance skills through a combination of experience, exposure and training with continued support to help you gain your ACCA / CIMA qualification. Our Finance Graduates will also benefit from skill development in other areas such as.
- communication,
- presenting information,
- stakeholder management,
- commercial awareness.
How to apply
Applicants should have (or be expecting) a 2:1 Batchelor degree as a minimum, have a desire for further development and time to commit to further qualifications.
